Greg Smith is Founder and Principal at ERGON PARTNERS.  He launched the practice to assist clients develop sustainable business solutions that create value for their firm.  His 26 years of experience comes from the Oil & Gas industry where he worked with Litton Saudi Arabia Ltd, Texaco, Halliburton, ConocoPhillips and Repsol/Talisman Energy.

The Ergon Partners team has led the delivery of key global supply chain initiatives in business transformations, supply chain assessments, category management development, strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier performance management, supply chain training and talent recruiting.  The firm has a deep understanding of the Oil & Gas business as well as other industries.  Ergon Partners offers clients a broad perspective in formulating solutions that improve business performance and results.
